Step 1:

Ticket type

The organizer categorizes participants, and the client selects the appropriate ticket type.

Step 2:

Choose a spot

Depending on the event, booking may be form-based only (without a map) or allow selection directly from a map.

Step 3:

Client information

The client fills in their accurate contact details via a form. This information is used for billing and notifications.

Step 4:

Additional services

The organizer can offer services (e.g. electricity, equipment, amenities) linked to specific spots which can be free or paid for by the client.

Step 5:

Manage orders

Monitor and manage client orders. The organizer can view customers, their chosen spots, ordered extras, payments made, and more.

Step 6:

Ticket issuing and control

The ticket is automatically issued to the client upon order confirmation. Organizers can check tickets via QR code if desired.
